Store Policies

Stock:   All items on our site are regular stock items. If an item does go out of stock, you will be notified with an estimated shipping date and given the option to cancel if you do not want to wait.

Shipping:   Shipping is automatically calculated during checkout. If you feel the checkout has not correctly calculated shipping, or combined shipping on multiple items, please contact us. All items are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Air Mail. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us.

Handling time:   All orders are processed as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. If an item can not be shipped within 3 days, you will be notified and given the option to cancel the order if you would like.

Returns:   Unless otherwise specified in the item description, any item can be returned under the following conditions:

-Returned within 30 days of delivery
-Customer Pays return Postage/UPS unless it was our error 
-Item must be in New Condition
-E-mail us prior to return for authorization
-No Refund on shipping cost.
